Built by people who pick up the phone

An owner-led crew from Trumbull, CT, building, remodeling and painting homes across Connecticut and New York.

Our story

High Level Construction is the company Alex Assis built on more than 26 years of hands-on work in the trades — painting, carpentry, tile and full renovations.

Together with Ronaldo and a tight crew, he runs every job the same way: show up when promised, prepare the surface properly, keep the site clean and finish the details that most people never notice until they are done wrong.

Some of the homeowners we work for have been calling us since 2013. With more than 300 projects completed and a 5.0 rating on Google, we would rather earn the next call than chase the next job.

What we stand for

  • Right underneath

Waterproofing, framing, scraping, priming — the hidden work gets the same care as the finish.

  • Straight answers

Clear, itemized estimates and honest updates. If something changes, you hear it from us first.

  • Clean job sites

Floors protected, dust controlled and the site picked up every day. It is your home, not our shop.

  • Own the result

The owners are on your job and on the phone. If something is not right, we come back and fix it.

How we work

No guesswork and no surprises — the same five steps on every job, from the first call to the final walkthrough.

  1. Step 1

    Consultation

Call or send the form. We visit your home, listen to what you want and look at the space together.

  2. Step 2

    Estimate

You receive a free, itemized written estimate — labor, materials and allowances listed line by line.

  3. Step 3

    Planning

We lock in materials, schedule and permits, so everyone knows what happens and when before work begins.

  4. Step 4

    Construction

Our crew builds with careful prep and a clean, protected job site, and the owner keeps you updated.

  5. Step 5

    Handover

We walk the finished job with you, close out every punch-list item and leave the space ready to use.
